Quilting charges are based on the size of your quilt in square inches. Let’s say your quilt measures 60 x 70 inches and you would like an allover pattern.
60 x 70 = 4200 Sq. in. then multiply by $.02 = $84.00

Any allover or edge to edge (pantographs included in this category) – $.02/ sq. in. $50 minimum. The sky is the limit when it comes to allover designs! We can work together to select the perfect design for your quilt, or you can leave it up to my discretion. The choice is yours.
THREAD
I carry a variety of thread including polyester and cotton in a wide range of colors. There is no extra charge for thread, thread changes, or bobbins.
BATTING
I stock a variety of batting, 0r you may provide your own, whichever you prefer.
The following batts are $13.00/yd:
QD Cotton Select
QD 100% Polyester in Select and Deluxe weights (Deluxe is a great weight for wallhangings)
Hobbs 80/20 natural
The following batts are $14.00/yd:
Hobbs 80/20 108″ wide in white and black
Warm and Natural
These batts are $16.00/yd:
Hobbs Heirloom Washable Wool
QD Cotton 120″ wide
BINDING SERVICES
Binding Service available for $.25/linear inch if you provide a ready to go binding. (Strips cut and sewn together on the diagonal and pressed in half.) Includes machine sewing to the front (with mitered corners) and hand sewing to the back. If you would like your ready to go binding attached only (with mitered corners) so you may finish it yourself, the charge would be $.12/linear inch. If you would like us to prepare your binding all you need to do is provide yardage. The charge for this is .07/linear inch.
To calculate the cost of us making your binding from yardage on a 60″ x 70″ quilt, add 60 + 60 + 70 + 70 = 260, then multiply x .07 = $18.20
To calculate your attach and hand sew to the back cost on a 60″ x 70″ quilt, add 60 + 60 + 70 + 70 = 260, then multiply x .25 = $65.00 or x .12 (for attach only) = $31.20.
Scallop bindings are $.30/linear inch
Both straight and scallop bindings have a $30.00 minimum charge.
Hanging Sleeve – $.25/linear inch (Made from fabric you provide)
Hanging sleeves have a $30.00 minimum charge.
PIECING CHARGES
There is a $25.00 charge to piece a backing together. Any other piecing that you would like me to do (redo borders etc.) is charged at $25.00/hour with a minimum charge of $25.00.

PAYMENT
I accept cash and checks. Payment is due at pick-up. No deposit is required.
